Select ALICEANNA garments are made to order; this is noted in the product listing. ALICEANNA is one a woman operation and cutting/sewing/fulfilling orders is all done in house. If you purchase a garment that is made to order, please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be shipped.

$5 FLAT RATE STANDARD SHIPPING WITHIN THE US (3-7 BUSINESS DAYS) 

$10 2-DAY SHIPPING WITHIN THE US (2 BUSINESS DAYS)

$35 OVERNIGHT SHIPPING WITHIN THE US (1 BUSINESS DAY)

$30 USPS PRIORITY TO CANADA (3-7 BUSINESS DAYS)

$52 INTERNATIONAL USPS PRIORITY EXPRESS (3-5 BUSINESS DAYS)

RETURNS

If you are unhappy with your order, please let us know. We try our best to accommodate any fit issue.

All sales are final on made to order garments. Garments may be exchanged for a different size. To initiate an exchange, send an e-mail to patrice@aliceanna.co within seven days of receiving your order.
Garments may be returned for store credit. Returns can be shipped using any method of shipping, at the customer's expense. Please be sure to include tracking with your order. Store credit will be given upon receipt and inspection of goods.
